President & CEO
Jane Ravenshaw joined TSI in June,2016. She brings with her 20+ years in automotive. Trained as an industrial engineer and data scientist, she is passionate about building software solutions powered by data. Jane spent 11 years in a premiere global marketing agency (The Marketing Store), building technology and analytics infused marketing solutions. She rose from technical director to SVP Automotive Client services , to Managing Partner to COO for North America. Recently she founded her own consulting practice which focused on customer experience primarily in the auto industry. Jane has had OEM’s as her clients for the past 13 years . She is excited about this new opportunity to enable real time decision-making across the OEM using TSI’s financial SaaS product.
Chairman & Founder
Dan Wood founded TSI in 2001, and currently has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. Dan was able to realize his corporate vision for TSI through tactical sales initiatives and rapid technology development. TSI currently dominates the Canadian Major OEM market and is the supplier of choice for the largest OEM in Australia. His experience dealing in the global automotive market has been key to the company’s success. Dan’s strengths and expertise are in the areas of business communication, mergers & acquisitions, product vision, strategic and tactical business planning, financial analysis and market development. Dan’s new role will see him focus on company growth through mergers and acquisitions, and leading the executive team’s execution of their corporate strategy alongside partners and prospective clients.
Seana Chadwick has been operating as a Senior Leader with TSi for over 6 years and is an experienced leader with over 25 years of sales, marketing, operational and strategic management experience in the automotive industry, both in Canada and the US. Prior to joining TSi, Seana excelled in a number of senior leadership positions within the sales, marketing and customer service divisions of Ford Motor Company, Ltd. Seana has a deep knowledge of the automotive business and her experiences include all elements relevant to the automotive retail space, including new and used vehicles, parts and service, market representation, business management and vehicle financing.Seana’s specialties include, strategic planning, marketing and advertising, business management, SAAS, operations management, project management, B2B and B2C selling, after sales parts and service, franchising and retail network planning.
Monica Oliver has played an integral role in the success of the company and has provided exceptional management skills to TSi since its inception in 2001. Monica graduated from St. Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting. Her educational background positively contributed to her experience in the Hospitality, Utility Wholesale and IT industries in both HR and Accounting capacities since 1992. This, coupled with her implementation of ISO 9000 standards in 11 locations and work as a government liaison in programs at the local, provincial and federal levels, has gained Monica the expertise and capabilities to effectively run the Financial side of TSi. As one of TSi’s original members, Monica’s long-standing, inside knowledge of the company has allowed her to contribute to its successful management and to improve daily the quality of TSi’s organizational structure and life/work balance for TSi employees.
Over 14 years of application development experience, Jeff Guitard is a proven front runner in the field of technology. Jeff then pursued this passion of technology by leading several teams and several large complex projects for many Fortune 500 companies. In 2007, Jeff co-founded Tech Knowledge Solutions (TKS) with longtime colleague Roddy Awad. His latest engagement was with TSi Auto Solutions Inc where TKS offered professional services and Jeff acted as a senior technical architect developing product software and re-architecting several core pieces of the application resulting in significant performance and functional improvements. He has led development teams through major software development projects as well as providing support necessary to continually refresh existing software, manage change requests and also upgrade clients to the latest versions of software.
VP Client Services
Well respected within her field, Helene has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. Helene put the experience she gained from her initial roles of Dealership Controller and General Manager to work by assisting automotive manufacturers and dealer principals improve performance, extend capabilities, and increase profitability. Prior to joining TSi Auto Solutions, Helene served as an Associate Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) Automotive Retail division. During her tenure at PwC, she acted as an account manager for major Canadian OEMs and worked with automotive manufacturers to improve their performance and operations. Helene has also developed training curriculum for automotive dealership & field personnel and has conducted a wide range of training programs. In her role of Vice President, Professional Client Services, Helene’s subject matter expertise is an integral part of TSi’s product development and she continues to deliver services to TSi’s clients, providing solutions targeted to meet their organizational needs and objectives.
VP Professional Services
After developing his professional services career working with Fortune 500 companies, Roddy started his first company in 2005 and co-founded TKS in 2007. TKS, a Technology Professional Services company, has since enjoyed steady growth and profitability, making the ranks of Atlantic Canada’s fastest growing companies by Progress Magazines in 2010 and again in 2013. In 2014, TKS merged with long-time customer TSI Auto Solutions to maximize their combined Product and Services offering. Roddy is passionate about the technology industry and growing its success in this area of the world. He is active in his community, supports and invests in local start-ups, mentor’s others who are in earlier stages of their career or business, and believes in a philosophy of lifelong learning. Roddy has a BSc from Dalhousie University and a post-graduate diploma in Technology from ITI. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI and has completed the Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP2) from the Wallace McCain Institute and the University of New Brunswick. He is the former Chair of TechImpact, a private association of businesses focused on the development of Information Technology within Atlantic Canada.
Stéphane Turgeon, Product Manager at TSI, joined the company in 2006 working in the Client Services Department providing support to manufacturers and dealerships. Since 2010, his focus has been on improving TSI’s product offerings by interacting with customers to ensure TSI remains the leader in Business Management Solution.Stéphane has a deep understanding of TSI’s products, customer needs and he is very focused on customer satisfaction. He has extensive experience delivering complex projects and has been a key resource working on various projects such as Year Over Year, New Client System Migrations, New Product Development and Implementation, Existing Client Upgrades, On-site and Online Customer Training and more.
